National Velvet
elizabeth taylor's film national velvet was watched over and over again in my house...
i love the room the girls share with the canaries and Velvet's invisible pony.
i love her older sisters relationship with that boy and i love the parents interaction...
i don't really like Mike all that much... mickey rooney just sorta gets on my nerves...
the littlest boy is quoted often by my family.. :)
i'd forgotten all about this movie til today and now i really want to watch it..
i was completely enamored with horses and watching The Pie did little to help my obsession.
that scene in the girls room though... i just want to watch it over and over...
i'm not sure what i love about it so much... but thats the scene i always think of when i think of that movie...
